This immediate opportunity is starting as a full-time temporary position with potential to result in an offer for full-time employment. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm with strong possibility for permanent employment based on reliability and performance.
Primary Responsibilities will Include:
- Receiving and entering orders into the system (confirming pricing, product description, item numbers, freight terms, payment terms, shipping info and routing)
- Scanning documents into the Customer Service mailbox and attaching the documents (shipping lists and BOLs) to customer orders in ERP System
- Entering notes, updating due dates and reconfirming orders in ERP System
- Providing order status and tracking information to customers
- Filing physical paperwork in file cabinets
Successful candidate must have strong attention to detail, accurate data entry into software system and accurate filing skills. Must be computer proficient, MS Word and Excel required.
