SalaryMetalmaster Roofmaster is an industry- leading commercial roofing and sheet metal company. We are looking to add an Account Manager with a strong focus on Customer Service to our team.
Responsibilities of the Position
- Processing, creating, and organizing service documentation including service agreements and proposals
- Coordination and support for contractor/ customer base
- Daily communication to support our team with customer requests
- Customer Follow-ups
- Job tracking
- Dispatching Service Technicians
- Cross-training in other roles within the Service Department
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the roofing and sheet metal industry a plus
- Previous service coordination experience preferred
- Good time management is required
- Communication skills, verbal and written
- Critical thinking and problem solving ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications, as well as advanced computer skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed-upon deadlines
- Possess good judgment and attention to detail
- Energetic and positive attitude
Hours (100% in office): Monday - Friday 7:30a-5:30p
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
