This position reports to: Pastor of Seacoast Students

Be proactive and available to support the Student Pastor and ministry in achieving goals.
Manage day-to-day functions and tasks that assist the central Student Ministry.
Organization:
Create and Oversee annual student ministry calendar.
Schedule events/activities, including all student ministry logistics
Manage and maintain student pastors schedule, speaking engagements, travel, meetings and appointment.
Update Ministry and Pastors calendar with department and church wide events.
Keep all information in an organized and usable way.
Maintain records of attendance, finances, and event information and meetings.
Provide reports on attendance, students, leaders, events, and finances.
Streamline work efficiency within the ministry.
Office Duties: place orders, misc. purchases, maintain records, manage systems, and perform basic bookkeeping.
Communication
Respond to all emails, voicemails, and calls within 24 hours and distribute accordingly to appropriate campuses or staff for effective follow up.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail for central ministry.
Promote student ministry events and information by sending letters, emails, postcards.
Inform staff, volunteers, and church of all events, requests, responsibilities, and details.
Serve as Information and support to all campus youth pastors, ministries, and inquiries.
Maintain great reputation and working relationship with all other Seacoast Church departments.
Schedule and follow through with all central design, video etc. requests.
Promptly respond to critical needs.
Finances
Oversee budget and accounting process for Seacoast Central Student Ministry, including creation and maintenance of annual budget, monthly expense reports, reimbursements, and month end reporting.
Prepare and submit purchase orders, receipts and check requests for Central Student Ministries.
Measurable: On time with accounting deadlines.
General
Maintain central student office and supplies.
Attend weekly weekend services (server where needed).
Meet weekly with team overseeing direction and creative planning.
Attend all required staff meetings.
Attend all required ministry trips.
Serve as first point of contact for and Face of Student Ministry on weekends, events, trips, etc.
Take notes to assist Student Pastor with follow up from Weekend, trips and events to help make it better.
Plan, coordinate, and execute applicable ministry events.
Additional duties and responsibilities as required on the Central Team.
