Job Summary
I. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
- Fields incoming calls and e-mails from Customer Service and sales department
- Respond effectively and courteously to Customer Service inquiries, requests or complaints.
- Return all customer calls in a timely manner
- Notify the appropriate personnel to handle the customer's problems and concerns
- Research and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Enter service and route data into computer for billing and route scheduling purposes
- Assist Human Resources with hiring paperwork for assigned location
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent Customer Services skills
- Basic customer skills required for inputting and retrieving data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
Computer skills with ability to handle multiple programs and systems. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally via e-mail and telephone. Must have the desire and ability to learn company software applications
