Corporate Quality Manager

Corporate Quality Manager needed for global company (automotive/manufacturing). Must have been a Corporate Quality Manager in a current or past position (responsible to support up to 3 plants). Will work collaboratively with other Quality Managers to implement efficient quality systems.

Manage customer quality issues and PPAP approvals. Function as the technical liaison between production and quality on matters relating to quality systems, processes (including quality assurance implementation and maintenance). Oversee all aspects of quality control, ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. Responsible for quality control and assurance, including inspections, audits, and implementing quality systems.

```Duties```
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes
- Conduct regular quality inspections to identify any defects or non-conformities
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality
- Oversee the documentation of quality procedures, specifications, and reports

```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (will consider combined education and work experience.
- Must have come from an automotive industry. IATF 16949 Internal Auditor Certification is ideal or ability to obtain
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
- 7 plus years of progressive quality experience needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
