What you’ll do…
- You will create, Track & Receive POs
- You will call in locates, follow up on responses
- You will key billing data from timesheet / LMR’s into billing system with high degree of accuracy.
- You will receive new jobs from Customer
- You will set up new jobs in the Job Management system
- You will bill Customer and Correct Rejections as needed
- You will order materials and office supplies
- You will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- You will File, data entry, I-9 verification for new employees, and other office assigned duties
- You will answer phones in a professional and courteous manner
- You quickly adapt to new technologies
- You have strong customer Service skills
- You have strong Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel
- You have the ability to multi task and strong attention to detail
- You are a self starter
- You have effective communication skills
- You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
