Receptionist/Office Assistant:
The Receptionist will answer all incoming calls, answer the door/greet visitors, as well support field staff, office staff, and management team with a variety of clerical duties.
Job Snapshot:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, answering, and directing phone calls.
Creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets.
Must have prior experience in an office setting answering multiple line phone system.
Must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are a must.
All applicants should be proficient with all Microsoft office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Publisher, Teams, Power Point, and Adobe.
Must be familiar with scanning/uploading, faxing, and copier functions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun, and energetic environment all while maintaining professional interactions with vendors, patients, facilities, and families.
Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills.
Familiarity with Medicare regulations is a plus.
Other clerical duties as assigned.
Applicants must have at least one-year similar experience.
