We are looking for an experienced and energetic Front Office team member to help execute our vision for a unique and high-quality experience for our patients. The successful candidate will be a team player and help build the practice to it's highest potential.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phone calls and schedule patients
- Check insurance eligibility and file/process insurance claims
- Collect patient payments
- Post insurance payments as needed
- Order office items and respond to vendor, patient and specialist emails
- Coordinate with the clinical team to provide the highest level of professional service for the patients
- Review treatment and payment plans
- Perform all other administrative duties as they arise
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Dental or insurance experience a plus but not required
- Great customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
