Job DescriptionABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
NBCUniversal has an opening for a Coordinator, Guest Experience NBC Studios. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team that delivers a one-of-a-kind experience to guests at NBC’s home in 30 Rockefeller Plaza. The position reports to the Director of Guest Experience, NBC studios.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Coordinator position is all encompassing of the Guest Experience department. They will assist in all areas of tour, audiences and retail.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide logistical and administrative support to the Guest Experience team
- Provide exceptional customer service to all 30 Rockefeller guests
- Responsible for showcasing exceptional customer service when responding to guest inquiries via email and voicemail
- Work in collaboration with the audience, shop and tour team
- Assist with 30 Rock audience loads during special tape days or extended episodes
- Work with reprographics to ensure all Page training collateral are printed and distributed
- Provide support to team as needed and contribute insight on upcoming events or process improvement
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in reporting or analytics
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organization skills and able to efficiently manage projects/requests
- Proficient in Excel and PPT, technical computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and able to perform tasks with minimal supervision and direction.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- College Degree required or relevant experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
DESIRED:
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous ticketing and sales experience
- Ability to work successfully with a wide variety of people and teams.

Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

Salary range: $25 - $32/hour
