Description
Internship Duties and Responsibilities:
100% on-site position
Assist in accounts payable processing
Assist in accounting projects such as inventory costing, new supplier account set up, general ledger reconciliations.
Intern Takeaways:
Organization and planning; communication; gain knowledge, skills & experience in Accounting; build relationships
Starting Pay:$15-18/hr
Position Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least a rising college Sophomore.
Satisfy pre-employment drug-screen. This test is paid for by Harmac.
Able to start work by mid-May
Preferred Requirements:
Comfortable with Excel, MSWord, and MS PowerPoint
Comfortable with English
Looking to become a CPA or work in accounting/finance field.
Completed some Accounting coursework
Collaborative and team-focused mindset
Detail fanatic
Duration of Employment:
Up to 40 hours per week. The schedule will be determined upon hiring. The internship duration is from May 20- August 16.
