The Sales Coordinator provides sales support to the Sales and Marketing department through a variety of related responsibilities. The position requires an ability to understand international/US market and handle multiple tasks under deadlines, good judgment, dependable and a professional, supportive attitude. Accountable to achieve sales goals and maintaining positive customer relations.
- Provide collateral material for sales dept such as product sell sheets and report management.
- Trade show worldwide market preparation and management, including international markets
- Review and pull reporting such as product forecasts
- Prepare sales pitches and presentations for wholesale customers
- Analyze sales business and opportunities to grow market
- Review and maintain current order processing to ensure timely execution
- Align directly with EVP and Director of Sales on ad hoc opportunities and projects
- Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products
- Establish active communication with sales representatives and product line departments
