Position Summary:
The Data Visualization and Process Improvement Intern will work with the DCR (Dynamic Component Repair) leadership team on vital improvement projects driven by the DCR transformation initiatives. The activity will mainly be around digitalization, automation of reports and KPIs, visual management improvements, data analysis and other projects to improve the DCR operational efficiency, work flow and Processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Data Management - Visual Management: 70%
- Improve, develop and optimize existing digital visual management on the Google Workspace environment
- Industrialize and make more robust the existing DCR data management environment
- Digitalize and improve current manual processes
2. Process Improvement: 30%
- Analyze processes & data in order to identify improvement opportunities on productivity, costs reduction & customer experience.
- Define and develop alternatives on how to implement improvements through process changes.
- Collaborate with key partners to acquire agreement on proposed changes.

Education:
Required:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at a University or College in engineering, data science, computer science or similar quantitative field

- Java programming experience
- Demonstrated independent problem solving and management of multiple simultaneous tasks and projects in a high pressure environment
- Previous industry-related internship(s) preferred
- Some SQL experience or experience with a BI report and Data Visualization tool
- Practical experience building analytical models to evaluate complex data
- Google Looker Studio (Data Studio) experience is a plus
