Contracts Support Manager
Full-time, non-exempt
We are looking for a Contacts Support Manager who will manage complex contracts and corporate compliance support duties to support the Contracts Compliance Manager that may encompass compliance analysis, research, database and user management, data entry, and record keeping. Work in this position requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, organizational skills, multi-task orientation, excellent follow-up and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, time management and leadership skills.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Four-Year College Degree, preferably in Business, English, Communications, or legal-related field or commensurate experience
- Three years of experience in a professional office environment providing contract administration, corporate compliance, business insurance and workplace safety
- Seven years of experience in lieu of a four year degree
- Experience using cloud-based database software
- Experience using DocuSign
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint
- Excellent internet research skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to work with diverse populations
- Ability to review and interpret legal and regulatory documents as they apply to RHA operations
- Ability to compile, analyze records/reports, audit information and assemble data and information in a meaningful and effective manner
- Multi-task oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize and meet program deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a part of a team, to think ahead and be a strong problem-solver
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
