Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Use interpersonal skills to build rapport and set appointments.
• Play a critical role in customers' automotive buying experience.
• Follow-up with customers through follow-up phone calls and email to ensure satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
• Utilize organizational skills to track appointment outcome and sales opportunities.
• Utilize written communication skills to document customer preferences, concerns and provide market feedback to management.
• Maintain basic product knowledge and information on current incentives.

Job Requirements:

• At least one year retail or hospitality experience required - Previous experience in automotive preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and build lasting relationships
• Intermediate computer skills
• An inclusive attitude that embraces diversity and values the contributions of all team members.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
