What you'll do
We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Quality Specialist to join our team. The Content Quality Specialist supports new and existing clients with filter and categorization needs, while maintaining the structure and quality of client platforms for all aspects of their market research reports. This role integrates client engagement with back-office and data processing activities related to set-up, management and quality control of client platforms in relation to content, contributing to smooth platform operations and facilitating positive client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and conduct filter scheme workshops with global enterprise clients to understand their requirements and preferences, while providing guidance.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of how filters work and apply this knowledge to effectively support clients.
- Add new filter values to client platforms based on workshop outcomes and client feedback.
- Tagging documents to establish baselines for projects.
- Perform quality checks of client platforms, in relation to their content, to ensure adherence to established standards and specifications.
- Ensure that each client’s set of market research is structured and presented to its best at platform launch.
- Drive continuous quality and consistency improvements across live platforms, primarily focused on their content categorisation.
What we're looking for
- Familiarity or interest in market research or related roles.
- Skilled at engaging with clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical aspects related to filter schemes and platform QC, including learning and utilizing relevant tools.
- Strong reasoning skills to analyze data, identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Balance accuracy and efficiency in routine and detail oriented tasks.
- Shows skill in solving complex problems, able to clarify issues that require combining various inputs.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Able to thrive in start-up and remote-first environments.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
