Job description

Reality Labs is seeking an experienced program manager to join the Publishing Services team within Programs, part of the Developer Ecosystem organization. You will help develop and execute Reality Lab’s strategy for the Quest Publishing Program (QPP), a services offering for our developer partners.You will play a key role in the development of a successful developer ecosystem by advising a portfolio of developer partners, helping to shape their go to market efforts, and measuring the impact of those efforts. Your goal will be ensuring our delivered services create value for our developer partners while collaborating with Data Analytics, Operations, Developer Relations, Marketing, and Store teams to ensure a measurable and coordinated outcome.You will be a key member of the Programs team, which designs, grows and facilitates programs including Start, MHCP, and Publishing Services.

Program Analyst - Publishing Services Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of developer partners and guide the creation of developer-led go-to-market plans focused on paid campaigns, creative optimization, and other scaling strategies.
  • Secure stakeholder buy-in for measurement frameworks and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service alignment with broader strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Data Analytics / Data Science and Product Marketing Managers, to develop said measurement and tracking methodologies to assess the effectiveness and impact of program services.
  • Support relevant vendor management, execution, and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in marketing management or user acquisition, with a preference for experience in games
  • Demonstrated experience crafting growth campaigns for video games or consumer-oriented applications
  • Demonstrated experience with analytics and measurement tools related to campaign tracking
  • Experience working with or consulting developer partners
  • Experience overseeing or managing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns
  • Familiarity with large advertising platforms (including Facebook, Snap, Tik Tok, and Google) and general attribution methods
  • Proven project management skills with experience managing multiple agencies, production partners, and vendors
  • Proven communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
  • Resourceful, action-oriented with the experience to get things done independently
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience consulting a publisher working with various studios, or a portfolio of developers
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience to develop strong working relationships inside and outside Meta
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment
