Position Overview:
U.S. Waterproofing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Marketing Specialist with a strong background in video, social media, and webpage content development. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in service industries and/or agencies, and possess a comprehensive understanding of SEO strategies. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and will be expected to contribute in a thought starter collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute effective Content Marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
-Create compelling video, social media, and webpage content to engage the target audience and drive brand awareness and organic leads
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate content ideas and ensure consistent messaging across various platforms
-Utilize SEO techniques to optimize content for search engines, improve visibility, and increase organic traffic
-Conduct thorough research to identify relevant trends, topics, and keywords to inform content creation
-Manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content
-Analyze content performance using relevant metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance future content strategies
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve Content Marketing efforts
-Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and streamline content development processes
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
-5+ years of experience in Content Marketing with a focus on video, social media, and webpage content
-Proven experience in SEO strategies and implementation
-Experience in service industries and/or agency settings is highly desirable
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools (screaming frog, semrush, etc)
-Ability to work in a fast-paced but responsible, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative content ideas
-Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
