Summary
The Digital Content Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day management of the online digital catalog on Weber's retail partner websites including thehomedepot.com, lowes.com, Amazon, and others. This role will be focused on executing best-in-class content strategies for eCommerce, oversee the onboarding of content for new product launches, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of item listings, and working collaboratively with marketing, sales, creative, retail partners, and product teams to continually elevate Weber's brand and business performance.
Responsibilities

  • Help develop and execute DIGITAL CONTENT for new product launches on retailer

dotcoms (TheHomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, Amazon, and others)
  • Create and maintain product descriptions, images, and attributes across a

diverse assortment of products.
    • Regularly update and maintain content on multiple websites, ensuring that it remains current and accurate.
    • Manage individual and bulk listings via excel templates and within a product information management (PIM) tool.
    • Develop strong working relationships with the merchandising team to understand new products launching, discontinued products and key product launches.
    • Stay up to date with marketplace policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure all listings are compliant and adhere to industry standards.
  • Regularly audit retailer websites for competitive analysis, full usage of existing

creative assets, image licensing, and customer experience.
    • Quickly resolve any requests or issues that could result in pulling a product listing page down (i.e. Andon Cords)
    • Establish digital shelf performance KPIs, create scorecards and manage tools needed to report on those KPIs, and translate digital shelf performance insights into recommended actions to drive increased online sales.
    • Assist in the development and refinement of creative briefs for eCommerce marketing needs.
    • Utilize best practice on-page technical SEO and partner with cross-functional partners and marketing technology to optimize for performance.
  • Maintain retailer content standards, report on daily challenges or

opportunities, develop creative briefs, and maintain new product launch timelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience, preferably 1 within an eCommerce or Marketing capacity
    • Desire and aptitude to foster good working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Solid organizational skills, ability to work effectively under deadlines, and manage multiple priorities at once.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Skill to critically analyze data and provide data-driven solutions for consumer engagement, dot-com business objectives and processes.
  • Strong personal initiative and flexibility.
    • Preferred experience in Syndigo, Salsify, Amazon Vendor Central, Riversand, Shopify, or Item360
