JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a curious-minded and organized Associate Activation Manager to execute omni-channel integrated advertising solutions for Walmart Connect. This complex, cross-functional role will be responsible for management and implementation of marketing campaigns that span across the Walmart omni-channel ecosystem (in-store and online). This role will support Manager(s) and work closely with Walmart's advertising sales, marketing, store activation, site experience, category marketing, and seasonal activation teams to execute unique, custom and high-impact marketing solutions for clients.
Specifically, we're looking for curious, ambitious, organized, creative, people-oriented team members who can build bridges and are truly willing to roll up their sleeves to solve business challenges in creative and structured ways.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Execution of supplier-specific custom Integrated Marketing Campaigns for Walmart Connect Clients
- Vet and execute innovative ideas and programs
- Leverage WMC core offerings as well as test-and-learn new innovation
- Assist in the management approvals, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns
- Actively facilitate and participate in brainstorming and working sessions across cross-functional teams
- Provide support for general department day-to-day functions, such as owning tracking documents.
- Serve Sales department and support the growth and evolution of integrated marketing for Walmart Connect
- Demonstrate a spirit of partnership, collaboration, and operational agility and excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years' integrated marketing experience in retail, agency, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Prior experience in project coordination encouraged and preferred
- Highly collaborative, team player, with the ability to build relationships across multiple levels and departments.
- Understanding of shopper marketing, account management, and retail media landscape
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly driven

Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 1 year's experience in interactive design,
