Job Description

We are hiring a Construction Superintendent who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities for our Flagstaff and Williams, Arizona new home developments.

Job Duties

• Develop and maintain timely construction schedules per company standards
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Manage construction administrative and field support staff
• Oversee job costing/invoices – accuracy, reconciliation, payment processing
• Manage and coordinate project workflow
• Oversee and adhere to established project/job budgets
• Assist in subcontractor bid process and contracts
• Manage customer service and warranty departments
• Manage construction processes with vendors, suppliers, city and county entities, banks, subcontractors, and inspectors

Qualifications

• Construction Management/Supervisory experience: 4+ years
• Detailed knowledge of construction drawings and building specs/plans
• Must have the ability to multi-task, work independently, and be hands-on in a fast-paced work environment
• Proven leadership skills with strong field management and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, industry best practices and compliance, and customer service
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Capable in the role of construction management organization and supervision

Skills

• Experience in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Construction Management Software systems familiarity
• Job Scheduling/Costing/Purchasing/Invoicing experience
• Day-to-Day job site/field experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
