Highway Structures Superintendent

FNF Construction, Inc. is a general contractor providing heavy civil construction services throughout the Southwestern United States. We are searching for a Highway Structures Superintendent with at least 5 years of supervisory and heavy/highway construction experience. Candidates must have an acceptable 3 year driving history to operate a company vehicle. FNF offers health, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as a 401k program. Primary Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the activities and construction associated with Highway Structures/heavy civil projects.

Ensure project completion on time, within budget, and per the project plans and specifications.

Enforce company policy as it relates to safety and quality.

Work with operations manager to insure adequate manpower and equipment is allocated to the project.

Work with project management to derive construction schedules, progress estimates, change orders, and report work completed to date.

Manage field operations and coordinate work with other personnel and subcontractors.

Perform material and quantity estimates for various phases and scopes of work completed.

Work with project owners and engineers to achieve required results.

Maintain daily progress reports.
