Ragland Buildings is seeking a Construction Office Coordinator!

Ragland Buildings offers an extensive range of post frame building packages. Our post frame buildings are used for: residential, agricultural storage, horse barns, cattle barns, sheds, office buildings, hobby buildings and garages. We are looking to add to our team and are currently accepting applications!

· Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.

· Respond to emails.

· Schedule and arrange meetings and appointments.

· File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.

· Print and copy documents as needed.

· Knowledge of wood construction (lumbar sizes).

· General understanding of how to use office equipment: computer, copier, fax machine.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

HOME OFFICE LOCATION: 2067 W State Rt 122, Hopedale, IL 61747.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
