Luxury Salon Appointment Concierge

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
- Answer phones promptly and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.

- Call guests to confirm appointments for the next day and reiterate policy.

- Ability to effectively address and resolve concerns or complaints from guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Educate clients on salon services, memberships, and promotions, promoting upsells where appropriate.
- Manage customer service inquiries, addressing concerns and complaints courteously and promptly.
- Enforce salon policies regarding no-shows and cancellations with tact and diplomacy.
- Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Oversee daily salon operations, including appointment coordination and service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the salon, ensuring workstations, waiting areas, and treatment rooms are immaculate.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with salon staff to promote and upsell salon products and services, maximizing sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a Luxury Salon or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Must have reliable transportation.
