SalaryResponsibilities:
- Manage RFI and Submittals process by following up with the design team to ensure RFI’s and Submittals are answered, completed and returned in a timely manner
- Record documentation of meetings by taking meeting notes as needed, and forwarding OAC notes to Project Managers and Practice Area Leaders before uploading notes to project folders
- Review O&Ms and prepare comment sheet
- Participate in project kick off meetings or huddles
- Attend onsite huddles to resolve coordination issue conflicts
- Attend manufacture equipment startups as needed
- Revit and AutoCAD drafting/ design experience and knowledge on reading construction drawings
