Job Description
Summary: Seeking a Construction Administrator with solid knowledge in MEP consulting and proficiency in construction administration software, AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam for managing MEP submittals, RFI’s, and site visits.
Job Requirements:
- Solid working knowledge of construction administration software like ProCore and NewForma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
- Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) consulting industry.
- Capability to review and process MEP submittals and RFIs, utilizing design staff support.
- Ability to perform routine MEP site visits and issue site visit reports promptly.
- Willingness to undertake day trips for local and in-state project site visits.
- Availability for overnight trips for project site visits in other states.
- Ability to view documents in AutoCAD and REVIT for shop drawing review and related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process MEP submittals and RFIs, engaging design staff as needed.
- Conduct routine MEP site visits, documenting and reporting findings efficiently.
- Manage both local and out-of-state project site visits, including overnight travel as necessary.
- Represent the company effectively in the field, establishing good working relationships with project contractors.
- Ensure accurate and timely administration of construction processes related to MEP.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
