This position is responsible for accurately accounting for all units sold in Titan's North American footprint and is a support resource for the Titan Shared Resource Center (SRC) and store locations.

- Compare the estimated sales costs to what has been posted in the system and research any discrepancies
- Review all equipment payment receipts (cash, contracts, etc.) for completeness and accuracy and research any difference before processing
- Merge outstanding equipment AR, checking for and researching any differences
- Perform inventory valuation calculations
- Review weekly inventory report for completeness and accuracy
- Perform monthly/quarterly estimates and accrual entries
- General Ledger account reconciliations as assigned
- Be an advocate of change to improve efficiency and productivity in the department.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Required:
- 2 + years equivalent work related and/or related military experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational skills
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
- Ability to work with diverse people/personalities
- Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
- Ability to do same day local travel up to 5% of the time and work flexible hours

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Experience with JDE or similar large-scale computer systems
