Job Description
Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Configuration Management Secure Network Systems Analyst to join our team. The Configuration Management Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our product configurations, documenting changes, and implementing best practices to support the development and deployment of our products and services.
Duties
- Manages Configuration Items (CIs) across the IT Service Lifecycle, ensuring CIs are identified, baselined, maintained, and changes to CIs are controlled
- Ensure formally approved software releases into controlled environments are completed as scheduled
- Maintain a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) capable of holding information on all CIs including attributes and the relationships between CIs
- Maintain the Configuration Management Plan which establishes the framework for identifying, controlling, reporting on, and auditing CIs
- Maintaining a Definitive Media Library (DML) for hardware and software
Qualifications
Required education and experience:
- BS 2-4 Years, MS 0-2 or HS 8-10
- Configuration Management Secure Network Systems experience across a large-scale enterprise Information Technology (IT) program.
- Demonstrated experience in identification, baselining, maintaining, and controlling changes to IT enterprise assets.
Required Clearance
- Top Secret SCI
