Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals
- Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts
- Produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals
- Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
- Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
- Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
- Draft and disseminate client-facing, internal meeting minutes, and draft/ edit monthly reports
- Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content and methods of reproduction and binding
- Create and/or edit drawings, specifications, mockups and product samples to integrate and delineate technological operating procedures and production sequences with precise detail
- Interview production and engineering personnel and read journals and other material to become familiar with product technologies and production methods
- Arrange for typing, duplication and distribution of material
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in technical writing and editing
- Experience documenting technical content, including operation procedures, testing plans, APIs, software specifications, product release notes and user guides/ confluence management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
- Experience maintaining records and files of work and revisions
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent
- US Citizenship and an active DoD Secret security clearance and TS/ SCI eligibility

- Experience developing presentations using technology such as Visio, PowerPoint, etc.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent grammar, editing, and writing skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong document development skills and the ability to work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Stakeholders, and others
This position will be a remote/hybrid role based out of multiple hubs including: Tampa, FL.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $100,000.00 - $120,000.00, commensurate on experience and technical skillset.
