Job Overview
Processes scheduled routines which present few difficult operating problems (e.g., infrequent or easily resolved error conditions). In response to computer output instructions or error conditions, applies standard operating or corrective procedure. Establishes and maintains standards established by Air Force directives to control and operate ADPE. Provide quality work performance in accordance with applicable DOD, Air Force, and MAJCOM directives and instructions as well as local standards and guidelines. Support Unit Control Center(s) (UCC) to monitor unit resources, mission capability and coordinate unit activities during disaster/contingency operations such as accidents, natural disaster, mobility, recovery requirements and during exercises.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions:

• Maintains the Traffic Management shop's computer system to ensure it is running properly and that all software is functional.
• Prepare a schedule for processing reports and listings.
• Process all required AF forms for accuracy and proper justification prior to scheduling report. Monitor the accuracy and completeness of products and reports.
• Perform quality control checks on input and output.
• Work with the Supply Automated Supply systems and the Chief of Data Processing to make sure broken hardware and communications equipment are repaired quickly.
• Assist on supply Microcomputer/LAN management, network and computer security.
• Perform operator maintenance.
• Make sure adequate stocks of supplies and forms are available for DOL operations.
• Inform customers of any problems concerning computer support to supply customers.
• Perform all job requirements according to Air Force related AFIs/government regulations
• Perform all other work-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Mandatory:

• Knowledge of ES-S, AMS, and ADS.
• Knowledge of computer operations.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Information Assurance (IA) certification.
• Knowledge of Microsoft, Windows, Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management Automated Data Systems (ADS) systems.
• Computer data input.
• Team player with ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with others.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to perform the duties of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Required to properly wear personal protective equipment when necessary.
• General knowledge of hazardous, safety, and environments warnings, as per requirements.
• Supply knowledge.
• Required certifications for applicable positions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance if required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain and maintain a National Agency Check (NACI).
