We are currently hiring a Compliance Success Manager to manage client relationships and perform consulting, both on-site and remotely. We traditionally hire people with automotive dealership expertise (experience in the Service, Sales/Finance, or Human Resources departments preferred) and train the subject matter needed to deliver the services.If you do not have experience working in or with auto dealerships, please explain in your initial reply why you think you would be a good fit. Backgrounds in insurance, risk mitigation, and auditing are a plus.

Compliance Success Managers normally work from home (75%) or on client sites (75%). This position will require light overnight travel to other cities as assigned.

As a Compliance Success Manager, you will be asked to provide the following consulting services:

Environmental Health & Safety Consulting:

ComplyNet's Environmental Health & Safety consulting services primarily focus on compliance in Service, Parts, Body Shop, and Detail/PDI. Essential job duties would require:

  • Meeting with management (GM, Controller, Service Manager, Parts Manager, and Body Shop Manager) to talk about where they stand when it comes to complying with OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations.
  • Performing chemical inventory audits.
  • Performing facility assessments and creating reports.
  • Facilitating quarterly team meetings.

Sales/F&I Consulting:

Our Sales and F&I consulting services deal with sales and finance compliance. Essential job duties would require:

  • Meeting with management (GM, Controller, F&I Managers, Sales Managers) to talk about where they stand when it comes to complying with applicable sales and finance regulations.
  • Performing deal jacket audits.
  • Performing facility assessments.
  • Facilitating quarterly team meetings.

Privacy and Safeguards Consulting:

Our Privacy and Safeguards consulting services deal ensuring that all proper safeguards are in place to keep consumers personal information safe. Essential job duties would require:

  • Meeting with management (GM, Controller, F&I Managers, IT Managers) to talk about where they stand when it comes to complying with the applicable Privacy and Safeguards regulations.
  • Conducting facility assessments.
  • Performing quarterly phishing campaigns.
  • Facilitating quarterly team meetings.

Job Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty in a satisfactory manner, and have:

  • Have the ability to build relationships with top level dealership management - this is a very personal business and relationships are crucial to our success.
  • Confidence to lead compliance and safety team meetings.
  • Sales, Finance, Fixed Operations or Compliance experience.
  • General knowledge of vehicle service & parts operations.
  • Superior communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of our client management teams.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Strong ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, mobile devices, and technology programs.
  • Proven follow up and organizational skills.
  • Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Willing to train in areas of knowledge needed: OSHA compliance, EPA compliance, DOT Hazmat compliance, all F&I compliance, or Privacy and Safeguards compliance.
  • Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
  • Valid in-state driver's license with good driving record.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:
