Form of workJOB SUMMARY: The Community Resources Specialist will work under the supervision of the Director of Alliance for Family Support in collaboration with Home Visitors & Clinical Supervisors working for subcontracting agencies. The Community Resources Specialist is a community based position whose responsibilities include but are not limited to, working alongside Home Visitors evaluating needs of participants, referring clients to Community Resources, coordinating appointments, providing help with enrollments with diverse resources in the community. They will also support participants with translation needs and help them to establish relationships with community support providers in order to increase the families' independence.
