We are looking to add a LMS Community Manager to our team in order to launch and grow our Technical and Content Customer Training program. We are looking for someone who has curriculum building experience, strong technical knowledge, and the media/design skills to develop an industry-leading training program. Training programs include content to support the onboarding and continued growth of our customers, community, and partners. What you'll do:
- Contribute to fast time-to-value by educating the customer on how Censys Products and APIs work while also teaching users how to administer, use, and grow with Censys Products.
- Learn and teach users about how the product works as well as why it matters and the value it adds.
- Architect learning paths and courseware using a Learning Management System.
- Develop and standardize video and written content that enables cybersecurity professionals throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Transform Instructor-Led Training (ILT) content into an eLearning experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Support, Customer Experience, Channel Partnership, and Product Marketing to ensure content production is aligned with customer needs and product adoption goals.
- Understand core Attack Surface Management and Threat Hunting/Threat Intel processes and methodologies and how our products help those teams accomplish their goals.
- Own and proactively manage the content development process by collaborating with SMEs to produce high quality and impactful content on regular deadlines
- Manage our Customer Learning program and grow it overtime
Skills that set you apart:
- Understanding of the Attack Surface Management and Threat Hunting/Threat Intel fields
- Experience working in cybersecurity preferred but not required; knowledge of the personas working in the cybersecurity community
- Prior experience teaching or deploying enterprise or cloud-based solutions
- Prior experience producing customer content (videos, eLearning modules, technical presentations, lab guides)
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
Our target salary range for this role is between $140,000 USD and $150,000 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.
