IMPACT
What You’ll Do:
- Perform property inspections on a routine basis to ensure the visual appeal of the property and to maintain hazard free conditions.
- Prepare, execute, and monitor the operating budget.
- Hire, train, motivate and supervise all on-site staff.
- Ensure that collection procedures are followed, and court papers are filed correctly and in a timely manner when necessary.
- Coordinate with maintenance and make-ready staff to ensure timely recondition of apartments after move-out.
- Ensure that all rents are collected when due and posted in a timely manner. Make sure that all bank deposits are made immediately, and deposits are reported to the corporate office daily

Licenses and Certifications:
Blue Ridge Companies requires you to have a valid driver's license to drive the golf cart.
Experience:
One to three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience and other certifications/licenses as required by local jurisdictions.
