IMPACT
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Community Manager in training staff concerning leasing, computer entry, marketing, maintenance, and general office operations.
- Accept and write resident service requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Complete a monthly market survey and maintain first-hand knowledge of the competition. Shop the property’s competition on a regular basis.
- Assume responsibility for the operations of the property, including reporting systems, in the absence of the Community Manager.
- Daily post all rents, deposits and application fees received from residents.
- Greet, qualify, tour and lease apartments to prospective residents.

Licenses and Certifications:
Blue Ridge Companies requires you to have a valid driver's license to drive the golf cart.
Experience:
Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and other certifications/licenses as required by local jurisdictions.
