What We Need From You:
- Ability to train, coach, and guide team in a positive productive manner
- Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion, and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
- Attention to detail and accuracy with good organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Maintain effectiveness of the on-site staff through ongoing training, coaching, counseling, and guidance
- Ensure that community appearance and repairs are noted and completed on a timely basis
- Utilize marketing strategies to secure traffic as well as oversee property advertising and marketing sources, such as online and social media sites
Requirements:
- Must have 5 years of on-site management experience, a minimum of 2 years as a Property Manager
- Maintenance Oversight and Support Preferred
- HS Diploma or Equivalent Required
- CAM, ARM, or similar accreditation preferred
- Knowledge of Google, Microsoft, and Excel
- Property Software Knowledge Required
- Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations and OSHA requirements
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, good driving record, current insurance

Pay: $33.65 - $40.86 per hour
