- Responsible for the preparation of Board Packets, annual budgets, drafting minutes for all meetings, preparation of violation and collection notices in accordance with the Association governing documents.
- Prioritize daily, weekly and monthly duties for HOA's assigned.
- Review and understand financial statements in order to report and advise the Board of Directors as it relates to Association’s financial status.
- Demonstrate ability to make decisions, lead people and manage resources.
- Regularly perform community drive throughs to check property conditions and note violations in accordance with the Association’s governing documents.
- Knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word and excel.
- NO On-call required.
