- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote the organization's mission and goals.
- Build relationships with community members

- Recruit and train volunteers to support community initiatives.
- Coordinate and supervise community outreach activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of community initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of community programs and initiatives.
- Manage social media platforms to engage with the community and share relevant information.
- Assist in fundraising efforts by identifying potential donors and sponsors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in community engagement, project management, or related roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking abilities.
- Ability to recruit, train, and supervise volunteers effectively.
- Proficient in market research techniques to identify community needs and trends.
- Experience in fundraising or grant writing is a plus.
- Knowledge of volunteer management best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
