Position Description
- Create a positive constituent environment that is engaging and productive.
- Familiarizes self with facility, security, rules and regulations and enforces accordingly.
- Provide regular, on-going communication to the Center Manager and Center Coordinator.
- Help to ensure the cleanliness of the center.
- Assist in maintaining accurate program records including incident reports, logbook documentation, daily attendance, and communication with activity participants.
- Required to work during a business closure in order to meet operational requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent from an accredited educational institution.
- Must be able to obtain CPR/First Aid and AED certification within 90 days of employment.
- Proficient working knowledge of computers and related software comprised of CIVICREC, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and office equipment.
- Must have the ability to physically manage and support activity participants including children.
- Must have strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Work to create a safe, secure and healthy work environment for fellow employees and program participants.
- Work with staff to accomplish all goals.
- You will be required to demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
- You must have the ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem solving and conflict resolution.
- You also must be efficient and detail-oriented with a strong customer/constituent focus

General Information
- Part-time | During Weekends (Friday through Sunday) and Community Center Hours of Operation (Mon & Wed 8am - 5pm; Tues & Thurs 8am - 9pm) not to exceed a maximum of 30 hours per week.

- This job operates in a both a clerical, office setting and outdoors in a variety of environmental and weather conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Noise level in the work environment is usually average.
- Essential functions involve significant physical demands related to repeated lifting of up to 50 pounds unassisted, 100 pounds with assistance rarely; carrying tools, materials, and equipment over rough terrain; climbing, reaching and bending. Frequently to walk, sit, talk, drive, hear, bend, stoop, twist, and balance.
Employment may be contingent on passing a drug screen and meeting other standards.
