The Consumer Communications team develops, manages and supports initiatives that educate, engage and inform our Members, Owners and Guests. As an integral part of HGV, we focus on solutions that fit the needs of our consumers throughout their entire travel experience.
About the role:
As Specialist Communications you will support membership, owner and guest communication efforts including, but not limited to: email campaign development and management and the drafting of content for print/digital publications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and run email campaigns around key business efforts and initiatives.
- Help craft emails, letters, talking points and other messages for consumer and internal use.
- Work with team members to help craft communications to owners, including annual billing/meeting letters, board-facing newsletters and other homeowners association-related activities.
- Provide ongoing content updates to the membership website and ensure the quality and consistency of web copy.
- Assist in the production and distribution of membership publications, including HGV’s Club Traveler magazine (printed 3 times per year) and Club Traveler (bi-monthly online newsletter) and associated emails.
- Assist the Vice President in content performance management, including supervising a monthly metrics dashboard.
- Ensure the quality of consumer-facing content based on internal and external style guidelines.
- Assist Corporate Communications team efforts as needed.
Role Details:
- While based out of Orlando, Florida, the position is open to a hybrid work model within the central Florida area following the introductory period. The person must be available to work in the office as requested, up to two to three days per week.
- The role requires flexibility with on-call availability due to global operations and multiple locations.
