Job Description
I am a commercial real estate investor and real estate broker seeking a Commercial Property Manager / Marketing Assistant. You will be responsible for bookkeeping, tenant and vendor communication, project management and marketing for our commercial real estate investment and brokerage business.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and report generation using Yardi Breeze.
- Arrange repairs and maintenance for commercial investment properties
- Pay bills and generate invoices
- Create marketing fliers using established templates
- Complete research and author content for marketing efforts
- Manage and actively research company database
- Create checklists and implement processes
- Data entry
Qualifications:
- Previous experience or formal training in bookkeeping for small business required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to use critical thinking and problem solving
