Commercial Property Manager - Marketing Assistant

I am a commercial real estate investor and real estate broker seeking a Commercial Property Manager / Marketing Assistant. You will be responsible for bookkeeping, tenant and vendor communication, project management and marketing for our commercial real estate investment and brokerage business.

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping and report generation using Yardi Breeze. 
• Arrange repairs and maintenance for commercial investment properties
• Pay bills and generate invoices
• Create marketing fliers using established templates
• Complete research and author content for marketing efforts
• Manage and actively research company database
• Create checklists and implement processes
• Data entry

• Previous experience or formal training in bookkeeping for small business required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to use critical thinking and problem solving
