An established and global Commercial Property Management Company looking for a General Manager. General Manager: Responsible for the management of the Property Management staff as well as to oversee a significant portfolio or property and to serve as a point person on third-party relationships. Must have 10 plus years commercial office space experience. Retail experience is a plus!

The position is open due to promotion. The current manager is moving into a director role and this role would report to the previous manager. Looking to fill the role ASAP. This role oversees 500Sq FT of Commercial office space and 200sq Ft of Residential space. Must have 10 plus years of experience on the commercial side (A type of buildings), Residential is a plus. Ideally someone with mixed use properties. This person will have 4-5 direct reports and 6 in-direct reports (Maintenance staff). Client is open to relocation (Relo costs are negotiable). Salary $120K-$130K with annual 15% bonus plus full benefits. Client would be open to a Sr. Property Manager for this role depending on background and experience. Must have a strong background with leasing and property accounting.
