Responsibilities:
Receive and manage maintenance requests from tenants.
Coordinate and oversee the timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Schedule repairs with external vendors as needed.
Implement and manage preventative maintenance on properties.
Address tenant inquiries and requests, maintaining positive relationships.
Manage Accounts Receivables and ensure accurate financial records.
Source and onboard new vendors and suppliers.
Assist with Accounts Payable Software.
Ensure overall smooth functioning of all property aspects.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Commercial Property management.
Strong conflict management skills.
Proficiency in property management software.
Accurate and efficient data entry abilities.
Understanding of basic property maintenance principles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
