Licensed in CA Real Estate required
Full Time: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Salary: 82k to 91k
You will be covering 20 properties, 131 tenants for 1.7 million sq. ft, with a very strong Assistant Property Manager. The current entities include Industrial and Retail, Medical and Office.
No HOAs or Residential.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Rent Management
- Financial reporting and control
- Maintaining the physical assets
- Directs and reviews the assistant Property Manager and the administrative assistant in managing a portfolio of properties including retail, office and industrial.
- Communicates directly with clients.
- Functions as the Landlord's representative with tenants and vendors. Responsible for maintaining a positive, professional, cooperative relationship with the two. Be very visible and available to tenants.
- Establishes a proactive tenant relation and retention program.
- Mentors, trains, supervises, and inspires staff.
- Participates in employee selection, training, and control.
- Work extended hours and weekends as needed to complete tasks on time.
Our ideal candidate has the following requirements:
- Experience working with 3rd party and commercial properties.
- 3-5+ years of Property Management (no residential, this won't be transferrable)
