This position will work under a great Senior Property Manager who is an amazing mentor for someone who is looking to grow. Position would require traveling into Visalia2-3 days a month, working from home the remainder. Responsibilities and Duties
- Acting as point of contact for tenant and tenant concerns
- Building relationships with vendors
- Notifying tenants of external improvements and upcoming maintenance
- Maintaining vendor relationships and communicating concerns/questions to them
- Troubleshooting tenant needs
- Dispatching maintenance and following up to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinating property marketing events and tenant appreciation events
- Assisting Manager with budget preparation and CAM reconciliations
- Proofing incoming invoices for accuracy
- Coding and inputting property payables
- Coordinating meetings for Manager
- Communicating with vendors during tenant improvement process
- Providing information to tenants for property improvements or after-hours maintenance projects
- Preparing reports
- Assisting in Managing retail spaces
Desired:

- Strong follow up and people skills
- Proven experience of financial knowledge/understanding
Requirements:
- 2+ years as an Assistant Property Manager - commercial experience required
- Yardi or MRI ideal
- Commercial Retail experience ideal
- BA or BS preferred
