Assistant Commercial Property Manager

Fast growing Commercial Real Estate company located in Carlsbad is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The perfect candidate will have extensive computer skills including Word & Excel. RentManager experience helpful. We need a highly motivated self-starter (or "creative thinker") with strong communication skills, both verbal and written with excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, follow up and meet deadlines. You must be extremely dependable and possess excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with contracts and other documents.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and wants to learn all aspects of the business from management, tenant relations, maintenance, billing, etc. and experience long term growth as the company expands. You will assist with on-site property management, budgeting, monthly reports and other management duties.

You will need to learn all facets of the business handling tenant, client & vendor needs; accurately billing all rents in addition to posting all receipts quickly and accurately, and follow up on all delinquencies. You will assist in lease administration activities, ensuring that all leases and contracts are kept current, updated and filed properly.
