Salary Range: $30/HR to $35/HR

As a Property Manager Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting our team of Property Managers and Project Managers as it relates to their portfolio of industrial, office, multi-family, and retail properties located throughout the country. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure the accuracy of records through regular updates to maintain a comprehensive database.
• Collaborate with on-site employees and vendors to facilitate ongoing maintenance requests, projects, and property renovations.
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors through effective communication via phone calls, emails, letters, and memos.
• Prepare/review property accounts payable invoices for processing as well as tenant billings to ensure accuracy.
• Contribute to the preparation of documents related to commercial and residential leasing.
• Actively participate in leasing activities to ensure high tenant occupancy levels, including qualifying prospective residents, verifying applications, staying informed of market conditions, and utilizing effective marketing resources.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, demonstrating high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with tenants and vendors.
• Capable of meeting deadlines with a sense of urgency to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• A positive "can-do" attitude.
• College degree preferred.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
