JOB SUMMARY
The Commercial Loan Processor will have attention to detail and the ability to perform various clerical and loan processing duties accurately and efficiently. This position will also include some customer service and loan servicing capabilities for Commercial Loans offered by Minster Bank. Primary responsibility is for the accurate and timely preparation of Commercial Loan documents, while ensuring that the loan is booked in a timely fashion and meets compliance standards. This position is non-exempt. Other responsibilities include:
- Ongoing maintenance of the loan files so that customer information remains current.
- Order flood certifications, credit reports, UCC Searches and Certificates of Good Standing with the Ohio Secretary of State.
- Responsible for providing superior customer service to our customers and assisting Loan Officers and other Bank personnel in building strong customer relationships.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience/and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commission, and percentages.
JOB TYPE: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
WORK LOCATION: In person
SCHEDULE: Day shift Monday through Friday with some additional hours if needed
