- Manage a portfolio of Commercial Lines insurance accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Review and analyze insurance policies to ensure accuracy and coverage adequacy
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, rates, and coverage options
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, explaining coverage details and options
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation

- Strong administration skills with a proven track record in insurance management
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and deadlines
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for benefits administration and policy management
