Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 15-25 years ideal range in the field, coordinating project schedules and material, leading $50M-250M+ healthcare or higher educational construction projects.
• Building experience that must include healthcare complex commercial project experience.
• Verifiable experience building of $50M+ healthcare construction projects
• Ability to coordinate all field construction project activities and personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget.
• Effective communication skills with all levels of people throughout a construction process.
• Capability to effectively manage client relationships to achieve project goals.
