About the role

Our Senior Healthcare Receptionists (Senior Clinic Coordinators at Origin) are responsible for the day to day administrative operations of our clinics, supporting each other, the team, and engaging directly with patients in day-to-day support. This role specifically is a floating position stationed in Northwest Austin that travels on occasion to our other two clinics in South Austin and Round Rock to help support when needed.

What you’ll achieve

Our Senior Clinic Coordinators are stellar at customer service and teamwork, deeply committed to supporting our patients, each other and the team. They build and maintain the reputation of Origin by:

• Supporting patient questions, requests, and general communication via phone and email
• Completing daily and weekly administrative tasks
• Welcoming, checking-in, checking-out and scheduling patients for follow-up visits
• Taking payments
• Scheduling patients (via phone, from waitlist, in collaboration with our Patient Services team)
• Schedule verifications (checking for duplicates)
• Insurance verifications
• Addressing or escalating patient concerns
• Collaborating with other departments and teams at Origin via Slack and email
• Managing and ordering inventory (clinic supplies, retail, etc)
• Reporting on clinic stats (# of openings, waitlist status, etc) at end of shift and weekly
• Traveling to other clinics as needed to fulfill tasks and duties onsite
• Other tasks as assigned

Salary / Pay Rate Information

$22.00 to $25.00 + weekly bonus potential of up to $100

Mileage reimbursement when traveling to other locations as needed
